Blue Spill were excited to hop in with Chris Taylor and Raw Production for BBC Documentary series; Parole.
Parole is a 5-piece docuseries, with each episode following a different prisoner/prisoners and their story, and how the Parole board of 346 members makes life-changing decisions for their prisoners – as well as their victims. The prisoners must prove that they are not considered a danger to the public.
Blue Spill were bought on to create Parole’s opening titles and logo design – and used certain elements and archive from within the show to link all episodes into the opening titles, to create and invoke a sense of hope and a light at the end of the tunnel for those prisoners whose lives were in the hands of the Parole board.
The opening titles and logo were delivered using a REC709 workflow gun Adobe After Effects and Autodesk Flame.
